KAPE Branch in Atyrau

KAPE branch in Atyrau city conducts operations in Atyrau, Aktyubinsk and West Kazakhstan oblasts since 2002.

With a staff of approximately 30 employees, teams of highly qualified specialists self-sufficiently conduct field baseline and monitoring surveys, project preparations and environmental assessment.

Currently, the core personnel consist of chemical hydrologists, hydro-biologists and ichthyologists with a longstanding experience in the field of environmental research.

The facility currently includes, besides office premises and workshop space, a functioning hotel for accommodation of KAPE survey teams. It also includes a parking garage with specialized vehicles for ecological expeditions, including a mobile ecological laboratory, two crawler-tracked amphibian cargo and personnel transporters, a heavy tow hauler with a trailer and several off-road trucks. All work stations are equipped with portable computers and various supporting equipment.

The branch possesses a certified laboratory for conducting hydrological, chemical-hydrological and hydro-biological researches.

Atyrau branch is among the top ranking KAPE branches on the account of the large volume of operations performed for Agip KCO, KazMunaiGas Exploration Production etc.
