Permitting Documents

 

According to the current environmental legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, users of natural resources are required to have the following ecological permits:

• permits for emissions in the environment;
• Integrated ecological permits.

Users of natural resources generating emissions in the environment are required to obtain permits for emissions from an authorized environmental agency.

A permit for emissions in the environment consists of a standard package of documents that are issued to the user of natural resources according to his application.
